Use Support Events. UseSupport events are scheduled and are intended to be in the neighborhold of one hour. Each has a set of overheads, and as the material is presented, questions as well as material from the "floor" are invited. The overheads are sent to attendees after the event is completed. Subsequequent to events, existing UseSupport materials will be reviewed, updated, and contributions acknowledged. The goal here is community use development and improvement.
These events are zoom-based. Notice of the event will be sent to all customers that have active support agreements.
