⦁ The WhitemarshUltraTree website uses online payment acceptance channels that are identified and described on the Purchasing page. They act only as our payment processing agents.
⦁ If you choose a credit cards as a payment option, these transactions are processed entirely by the payment processor.
⦁ None of your financial information is handled by our web site at any stage of a transaction. You are redirected to the selected agent for payment processing., together with your shopping cart. WhitemarshUltraTree receives notice of the completed transactions from the payment processor

⦁ All new license accounts are manually validated by Whitemarsh before providing access to an actual product purchase.
⦁ Sorry, but as you well know, satisfaction can never be absolutely guaranteed. However, if “satisfaction” cannot be mutually reached within 30 days after downloading, refunds are in order.
WhitemarshUltraTree has to know, however, that once a product a delivered, installed, and employed, it can never be used again.
⦁ First Year Customers are entitled to updates, new versions and support starting with one week after purchase. Thereafter, yearly support contracts are that source. See UseSupport for a description.
⦁ While we respect your right to privacy, licenses cannot be anonymous. Purchase of a license or subscription is a contract between WhitemarshUltraTree and the licensee. A contract condition requires disclosure of the person(s) and/or companies using the licenses. New customer information is kept at the minimum required for payment processing.
⦁ Collection and processing of information pertaining to all EU licensees is covered by: GDPR Article 6(1)(b), which states: "processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract."
⦁ Other than for direct email technical support, our use of licensee representative names and email addresses is required solely for event notifications of events such as subscription and related grace period expirations.
⦁ No financial information is collected by us at the time of sale, or at any other time. Any financial information required for a license or for a subscription purchase is collected and used only for electronic payment processing.
⦁ Product sales channels outside WhitemarshUltraTree's control may contain their own policies.
⦁ Any email you exchange with us is retained and archived. We consider all content of these emails confidential between you and us. All such correspondence is stored on our protected computer hard drives.
